Welcome. I’m Jordan Wolfson, an awareness-informed mental health coach. Bringing compassionate awareness to past trauma, current circumstances, and somatic experience, I help guide you in an unfolding healing process toward wholeness.
What is “Healing through Awareness”?
We all experience our lives in different ways and modes. We have the stories of our current situations. We carry memories from our past. We have the sensations in our bodies. We feel our feelings and emotions.
Some of these experiences are open and easy. They come and they go. Some of these experiences are troubling and burdensome. They tend to stick around, and often become obstacles to our well-being and bring suffering.
When we bring compassionate awareness to our troubling experiences these experiences begin to gradually (and sometimes quickly!) move into a more spacious and workable place within us. Open compassionate awareness becomes an active container, allowing for a natural and organic process of healing to occur.
